Service concept and commitment


1.Service concept :worry-free service after sale

2.Service commitment:three guarantees (for repair) within 2years or 20000 km;Three time free inspections within 2 years;24 hours action, carry out Suzuki expert tour service activities




1.Warranty content:

in case of any quality problem caused by unqualified materials or manufacturing, the company will provide free maintenance (hereinafter referred to as warranty) in accordance with the period and conditions specified in the three guarantees.


2.Warranty period:

the warranty period of the product is 2 years or 20,000km (whichever is reached first). If the warranty period exceeds the above mentioned period, the warranty card will become invalid (the warranty period shall be calculated from the  purchase date of the vehicle, subject to the valid invoice of the vehicle).


3.
Warranty scope

1) Within three warranty period, the vehicle will enjoy the warranty service if the normal use is affected due to quality problems. 

2) Three guarantee of the following parts shall be valid for 3 months: spark plug, brake block, brake pad, driving chain (driving belt), driving sprocket, driving roller, clutch friction plate, air filter assembly, outer tire and inner tire.

3) the following parts warranty is valid for 2 years or 20000 kilometers, except the quality problem caused by: 

frame body, engine components, magneto stator and rotor, crankshaft, connecting rod, crankcase, cylinder, piston, piston ring, cylinder head, valve, valve swing arm and valve swing arm shaft, camshaft, change gear, gear shaft, shift fork, timing chain, timing chain wheel and shaft, oil pump, clutch, side cover, carburetor (except the needle valve).

Electronic injection parts: throttle body, fuel injection pump, oxygen sensor, fuel cut-off sensor, FI control unit, engine temperature sensor.

 4) The following parts are not within the scope of three guarantees:

Grease: engine oil, brake fluid, gear oil, lubricating oil, lubricating grease, gasoline, cooling fluid, battery fluid and supplementary fluid.



Consumable: all kinds of light bulbs, fuse (tube), oil filter element, gasoline filter element.

The validity period of the three guarantees for the parts not mentioned above is one year or 12,000 kilometers. For other items not guaranteed, please refer to the "Three guarantees" section in the vehicle information "Carefree Service Certificate"



Maintenance agreement



The extended warranty agreement contained in the carefree service certificate,

Description :

1.The extended warranty agreement in accordance with the regulations of the“People's Republic of China contract law”,”rules for the implementation of motorcycle commodity repair, replacement and return responsibility”, "the Jinan Qingqi Suzuki motorcycle CO., LTD., “three guarantees of regulations", on the basis of protecting the benefits of the users, has been clearly defined about the factory, store, user the rights and obligations of the three parties.


2.After the seller supply the vehicles to the user, the user and the seller should sign the agreement respectively based on their own conditions.
3.If either party breach the terms of this Agreement, it may make claims and complaints in accordance with this Agreement.


maintenance certificate




The Maintenance Certificate is placed in the data bag with vehicles. After the vehicles delivered, the sales service staff will introduce the use method to the users.





Description:

1. This certificate is the record certificate of maintenance and repair when the user returns to the store, and serves as an important basis for the three guarantees after the vehicle fails.
2. After the user buys a car, the sales store must fill in the “Maintenance Certificate” for the user with official stamp. After the customer returns to the store for maintenance and repair, the customer can fill it out carefully and supervise it. If the sales store does not fill in the form, you can call Jinan Suzuki Service Hotline: 400-618-6860 (free of long distance charges) to make a complaint.





PRE Delivery inspection



Due to ensure that every motorcycle delivered to user could be up to the EXW standard,and improve the safety of users driving, Jinan Suzuki made the pre delivery inspection (PDI) checklist, and covered all the common fault parts in motorcycle.Before handing over the vehicle to the user, the store shall do inspection in details completely according to checklist,and confirm one by one with the user on the spot,then finally sign it to avoid unnecessary disputes after sale .Below is a sample of the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).



Regular check


Performing periodic maintenance could maximize the vehicle performance,as well as keep the vehicle more stable and reliable. Through regular check,it could prolong the service life of the engine, eliminate the hidden trouble in security due to long time use, ensure the safety and achieve customer satisfaction. Suzuki vehicles must be regularly inspected every 4 months or 2000 kilometers.



Suzuki Service Store shall inspect the user's vehicle according to the following contents and methods.

Twenty standard check



Motorcycle is a two-wheel vehicle in high speed.Because of the passenger, safety becomes crucial.It must ensure the good performance of the vehicle when driving ,and it is necessary to carry out a regular and comprehensive inspection and eliminate potential damage, loose, wear and other hidden dangers, to ensure that the driver more assured and more safe. In order to create a better experience when driving our Suzuki motorcycle,Jinan Suzuki launched specially "Suzuki regularly check 20 mandatory check project" in 2010.


(一)  Entirety

Suzuki 20 standard inspection is the essence of Japanese Suzuki inspection. According to the specific national conditions of China,It create a set of inspection items, covering all project of best operation and safe driving.

Profession
(1)
To meet the factory manufacturing standards,the operating procedures, operating standards and inspection adjustment data are in strict stipulation
(2)
All technicians who do inspection must attend training of the SUZUKI 20 Standard inspection and pass strict examinations,so as to make technicians remember the standard operation and essentials of inspection.
(3)
In the process of inspection, the most professional maintenance tools are in use: vernier calipers, multimeters, barometers, special chargers, torque wrenches, idle meters, etc.

Consideration
(1)
Establish a complete user file, and note down each repair and maintenance on the file for user inquiry at any time;
(2)
When close to the inspection time, the Suzuki service station will inform the user in advance, which is convenient and considerate;
(3)
In the process of inspection, maintenance technicians would explain the status of the vehicle to the user and explain the use matters actively,so that the user can be more clear.
(4)
Compared with other inspection, providing the standard inspection would invest more financial and material resources. but the sales store and Jinan Suzuki share the cost , reflecting the most sincere care for Suzuki users.




Service activity



    Adhering to the operation concept of making customers more satisfied, Jinan Suzuki tries its best to provide better service to users. With the active cooperation of agents and sales stores at all levels, Jinan Suzuki holds more than 300 service activities every year, which really benefits Suzuki users.      

    Activities include Suzuki's new product display and test ride, identification and sales of pure parts, harm of inferior spare parts, DIY modification of personalized and fashionable vehicles, and professional 20 standard checks of standard inspection as so on. Suzuki stationery is presented to every user participating in the activities, and all users participating in the activities have a lucky draw opportunity and a mystery prize.       

    Suzuki's 20-item standard inspection means that maintenance technicians carry out inspection on vehicles term by term according to the checklist uniformly printed by the factory. Measuring tools, such as ruler, caliper, torque wrench, multimeter and engine tachometer, are required to check and adjust according to the specified data, not just by feeling. After the check finish at the event site, the maintenance technician would remind the user for next inspections , and stick a reminder label unified printed by the factory.

    With the comprehensive promotion of standard inspection at the same time, a telephone return visit system established by Suzuki company and all levels of agents,and the visit will be done taken from a certain percentage of the inspection card.     

    Upon completion of each service, the sales store will provide Jinan Suzuki with an effect evaluation , then make improvements based on the suggestions of the users in the telephone return visit. Customer satisfaction is the goal of our service.
